A MOUSE'S CHRISTMAS -POEM

Down in the cellar
One dark Christmas Eve,
A little mouse wondered
What she would receive,
She wrote, "dear old Santa,
You know how to please,
So won't you please bring me
A small slice of cheese?'
Down in the cellar
That bright Christmas day,
The mice knew that Santa
Had come in his sleigh.
Each little mouse l
Knew how to say "Please,"
For Santa had left
More than one slice of cheese!
