Flannel board plays.

Children enjoy hearing their favorite stories over and over again. When they are with their friends, they can act them out, like a play. But, when they are on their own a flannel board and flannel characters is a great way for them to conduct a "play" all by themselves. Once they practice a few times, have them present their "flannel board play" for their family or friends.
