TWINKLE, TWINKLE TRAFFIC LIGHT (Sung to the tune of twinkle, twinkle little star.)
Twinkle, twinkle traffic light
Shining on the corner bright
Red means stop, green means go!
Yellow means wait even if you're late.
Twinkle, twinkle traffic light shining on the corner bright.
After we sing this song we make traffic light out of construction paper.
The children then become aware of the rules of the road, while traveling with grown-ups.
