easter snack

BUNNY DESERT

(makes 4)
2 C cold Milk
1 pkg. Instant pudding
2 Sticks black licorice
1/4 cup Vanilla frosting
Red food coloring
8 Vienna fingers
8 Green jelly beans
4 Pink jelly beans

1. Beat milk and pudding till thickened.
2. Pour into small dish. Refrigerate.
3. Cut licorice into in to 4 pieces. Set aside.
4. Color the frosting.
5. Frost top of cookies to within 1/2" of edge.
Just before serving add green jellybean eyes, pink nose and licorice whiskers!
