Take two white paper napkins or paper towels. Roll one into a ball and place it in the center of the opened flat napkin. Gather up flat napkin around ball making head of ghost. Tie a string around neck of ghost and hang from ceiling or in front of windows. For a treat, wrap the napkin around a sucker or Tootsie Pop tying a string under candy to form head and dot two eyes with a felt tip pen.
