Tip of the Week

For this tried and true art activity you will need:

Tissue paper cut in 3" squares
Pencil with eraser on end
Construction paper
White glue, scissors

Cut a heart shape out of construction paper, Spread a thin coat of glue on a small section of the heart. Using one tissue square at a time, place the eraser end in the center of of the square, fold the square around the end of the pencil. Set it down on the glued area. Glue the "fluffs" close together to make the heart look fluffy. When finished the section, spread glue on another area and continue.
